As a lifelong Washingtonian with extensive real estate experience in the North Sound I have a comprehensive understanding of location-specific property values. 

I bring diverse industry experience and education from both the appraisal and brokerage worlds together. This gives my clients the benefit of a fuller picture during the appraisal and real estate transaction process. 

I am Washington State Certified Residential Appraiser and a Licensed Real Estate Broker with my primary focus being in Snohomish, Island, and Skagit Counties, in addition to North King County.
